Effective date November 6, 2026
Dealership Servicing AI, Inc., doing business as EvenFlow AI (EvenFlow, we, us, or our), provides this notice to explain how we handle personal information in connection with our public marketing website, event landing pages, inquiry forms, and related business communications.
A separate agreement or privacy notice may govern a subscribed product, authenticated application, employment relationship, or information we process for a dealership. When we process information on a dealership’s behalf, the dealership generally determines its purposes and customer-facing privacy practices. Contact that dealership about its service appointment or customer records. This distinction does not limit obligations that applicable law independently places on EvenFlow.
We collect information you choose to give us, including your name, business email, telephone number, dealership or company, inquiry topic, message, communication preferences, and correspondence. We may retain records of requests, responses, and consent or opt-out choices to administer the relationship and document our handling of it.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or dealership customer records through a public inquiry form. If a business task requires protected information, ask us for an appropriate authorized channel.
Our website and its service providers may receive browser and device information, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, interaction information, and technical or security logs. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies may support site operation, form preferences, security checks, embedded media, and usage measurement.
Information received by a third-party embedded service can depend on your browser, account status, privacy settings, and interaction with that service. The third-party services section below explains the website’s media and external experiences. We do not ask you to connect your personal YouTube account to view our public videos.
We use information to respond to requests, arrange demonstrations and business discussions, provide support, manage business relationships, operate and improve the website, understand use of our content, investigate misuse, preserve system integrity, and comply with legal obligations. Where permitted and consistent with your choices, we may send relevant business updates. Separate messaging consent is addressed below.
Where a law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may be responding to a requested precontractual step, performing an agreement, complying with law, pursuing legitimate business interests that do not override applicable rights, or obtaining consent where required. We do not rely on this notice alone as consent when affirmative consent is required.
We may disclose relevant information to hosting, website, CRM, communications, security, analytics, and other service providers that assist our operations; to professional advisers; when you request or authorize a disclosure; when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and safety; or in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
We do not sell the contact information submitted through our inquiry forms or provide it to others for their independent marketing. Access by service providers to support our requested business purposes is different from permission to market independently. Browser and device information received by embedded services is described separately below. Any activity legally classified as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising requires the disclosures and choices applicable to that activity.
We do not disclose mobile numbers, text-messaging opt-in records, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process that information as necessary to deliver or support our messaging program under applicable restrictions, or as required by law. SMS consent is not transferred to another company for its independent marketing.
You can manage cookies and similar storage through your browser and, where provided, the website’s privacy controls. Blocking some technologies may affect forms, media, or other functionality. Where applicable law requires consent before nonessential technology loads, your choices are subject to that requirement.
Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, we process it as that law requires. Traditional Do Not Track settings and legally recognized opt-out signals are different mechanisms. You may also contact us about the choices available for your information. A browser choice on this site may not change settings in a separate account or third-party service.
We use website and CRM services such as GoHighLevel and security services such as Cloudflare to support the site and inquiry process. Our Newsroom displays EvenFlow videos, titles, descriptions, and related public information using YouTube API Services and embedded players. Public video metadata is used to present and refresh that content; it is not a request for access to a visitor’s private YouTube account.
Google or YouTube may receive browser, device, playback, and interaction information when their content loads or is used, and may serve content or advertisements under their own policies. Their handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. If you have separately authorized an application to access your Google account, you can review or revoke access through https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. That account-control page may require sign-in.
Links to LinkedIn, outside publications, booking experiences, or a third-party digital assistant lead to services with their own notices and terms. Review those before sharing information. We do not control their independent practices. Contact us if you want information you submitted directly to EvenFlow reviewed or deleted; revoking a third-party account permission does not automatically delete our business correspondence.
Submitting an inquiry lets us use the details you provide to respond to that request. It does not by itself enroll you in an SMS program or establish consent to unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop optional marketing communications or use the unsubscribe instructions supplied with them. We may still send necessary responses, legal notices, or service communications when permitted by law.
If you separately enroll in an EvenFlow text-messaging program, the program terms and the consent shown at enrollment apply. You can use the stated STOP and HELP instructions. Consent to optional marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing a service or submitting a general inquiry. We may retain limited suppression records to honor opt-outs.
Retention depends on the purpose of a record, the business relationship, sensitivity, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and the need to document requests and choices. Some records may be retained after a conversation ends to meet those purposes. Deletion can be subject to lawful exceptions and routine backup cycles; retained information remains subject to applicable protections and restrictions.
We use safeguards designed to protect information in light of its nature and use. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure guarantees absolute protection. Contact us promptly if you believe information was exposed or submitted through an inappropriate channel.
Depending on your location, applicable law, and our role, you may have rights to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of information; withdraw consent; object to processing; opt out of certain uses; or appeal a decision. Some rights have exceptions or apply only to particular covered businesses. We do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
Send a request through our Support contact page with enough information to identify your relationship with us and the action requested. We may take proportionate steps to verify identity, authority, and the scope of a request. An authorized agent may need to provide evidence of authority. We respond within the time and manner required by applicable law and do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right. You may also have a right to contact your relevant regulator.
Our business is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards and notices apply; simply visiting the website is not a substitute for a legally required transfer mechanism.
The website is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13 through these business forms. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Product age restrictions and any additional applicable child-privacy obligations remain separate.
We may update this notice to reflect changes in practices or requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. When law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we provide it. Updates do not authorize uses inconsistent with previously applicable commitments or law.
